How ItWorks (Simple)

  • Pre-treatment (MGF/ACF/softener) removes turbidity, chlorine and hardness.
  • Micron filters protect membranes from fine particles.
  • High-pressure pump feeds RO membranes; salts are rejected to brine and permeate becomes product water.
  • Auto-flush reduces fouling; optional UV/ozone disinfects; remineralisation adjusts taste/pH.

FAQs

Softener removes hardness (scale) only. RO reduces TDS and many dissolved contaminants for better taste and suitability for drinking/process.

Add up peak LPH demand and daily volume; we’ll size membranes, pump and storage to match.

Typically 2,3 years with correct pre-treatment and operation; cartridges change 1,3 months (quality dependent).

Recommended for potable use or storage tanks,UV/ozone provides final disinfection.

RO produces a brine stream; plan a compliant disposal or reuse scheme. Recovery % depends on feed TDS and fouling risk.
